Cash Offer Crediting

Cash Offers are credited to your account at the time the Advertiser reports credit to us. For most Offers, this will occur within 2 weeks, but some Offers may take up to 30 days or longer. This will vary depending on the Offer and the Advertiser.

For many of our Cash Offers, reporting occurs within a few business days. In addition, some of the fastest reporting offers can credit to your account shortly after you have completed the offer. This will vary from offer to offer, so do not worry if you do not receive credit right away.

In order to have your activity track, please be sure to complete it through the link directly on Poll Pay account page and following all terms listed. We also recommend not using any third party software that may block our system's ability to track an order and reading the terms of the activity to ensure successful completion.

Offers expected to take shorter or longer than the normal time-frame typically state this in the Offer Description. To see this, scroll over the offer description to see if any delayed crediting is posted. This is available on Mobile App (Android), mobile web and Desktop versions.

Offers where a purchase has been made or an order place MAY take 30-90 days to credit to your account. See offer description for more information.

We will need you to include the name of the Offer and the date you completed it upon assistance. Also, please make sure you completed all the requirements for the offer and have your confirmation emails (including your Welcome Email, and other emails received when completing Offer Requirements) available.

Be aware there are delays on offers, please do not submit a ticket before the full time has passed.

1. Proof of Completion: If you subscribed to an offer (Gobble, Shoedazzle, Home Fresh, etc.), photo evidence is required to investigate. You must include a picture of your box, shipping label, and tracking information. We cannot accept a screenshot of these offers. For offers that require sign up or download, please send the confirmation email you received when the offer was completed.*

2. Date of Completion: This date must be exact and match your proof of completion.

3. Offer Walls: If you completed the offer through our third party offer walls, we are unable to investigate due to not having insight into your activity with them. We do ask that you reach out to the direct offer wall company for assistance. If you do not receive a resolution within 10 business days, reply back with the ticket number they gave you and we will reach out on your behalf at that time.

This information does not guarantee credit will be provided. Our team will investigate once information is received, this may take up 30 business days.

By providing this information up front in your ticket to us, we will be able to offer you a faster resolution. If you are unsure of which company placed the offer, please let us know.

As a reminder, you can only complete an offer for credit once unless stated otherwise on the offer. For example, if you sign up for Gillette and cancel your account, you can not come back and sign up again for SB.

Poll Pay reserves the right to request that Members allow for reasonable crediting time for each advertiser to report credit as authorized to a Member’s account.

Poll Pay credits Members for completing Cash Earning Activities based on information we receive from our Advertisers and any terms listed on the activity. Thus, the Advertiser has the final say in whether or not a Member is credited. Poll Pay makes no guarantee that Members will receive credit for completing an Offer/Cash Earning Activity. Members should save all confirmation/welcome emails (and similar information) they receive from the Advertiser after completing an Offer. This information can often be used to provide crediting assistance for a Member’s Account if not done automatically.

*Please note, there are times additional documentation may be requested on higher-paying offers. We are unable to accept a copy/paste of the confirmation.
